Access denied to Additional person info

Hi,

we are encountering an issue with the Additional person info section. When an employee goes to Me -> Personal Information -> he/she cannot se the Additional person Info tab. The Additional Person Info is available as a Quick Action, however when the employee clicks on this quick action, he/she views the screenshot I attached (Access denied message).

I checked that the impacted employees are endowed with the following roles: Access Person Extra Information by Worker; Manage Person Extra Information by Worker.

Furthermore I checked with a sandbox (I wento into Structure -> Me -> Quick Actions -> Personal Info-> Additional Person Info), that the Visibility criterion is set to 'Yes'.
