Is there any scheduled process to update Assignment number?

Summary: Auto generated Assignment number with 'P' followed by the Employee Number. We would like this to be auto updated to 'E' the day Pending Employee is converted.

Content (required):

We have started using Pending worker to create new employees with a future start date. During the user onboarding process the employee number is auto generated. This also generate Assignment number starting with 'P' at the initial state. we would like this to be automatically updated to 'E' on their intended start date. Do we have any Oracle process that can help us automate this step?
