Problem Description - 

I've reviewed the DoR paper for archiving and it appears that the functionality available on the scheduled job 'Archive Document Records' is associated to the dates set on Document Type. i.e. combination of config to set associated days on Document type and then a process to Archive. 

I've also spoken with our UK business and they have slightly more complex requirements. e.g. 

- for MATB1/Matching Certificate (maternity related) document of record 3 years to be archived after the end of the tax year in which the maternity period ends.
