How to add custom Parameter to Payslip

Summary: Need to be able to print Payslip by Departments for specific Departments following a Pay Run

Content (required): We have over 60 departments and some departments would like to receive their employee payslips individually. The seeded Payslip process generates a single file, we are looking to have the process generate the output by Department (so 60 files).

Problem - the seeded Payslip process does not allow Payroll to run the Payslip process by Department.

One cannot modify seeded Data models to add Bursting

Cloning the Seeded Data Model did not work.

How does one add Bursting to the Payslip process, or the ability to add a prompt to run Payslip by a Department?
