HDL / HSDL Support to create learning communities?

Summary:

Hello Experts,

I am aware that CommunityRelation HDL can be used to

• associate existing topic communities with existing course/specialization.
• replace existing topic community association for a course/specialization with a new topic community mapping.

Please let me know if HDL / HSDL support is available to create a new topic community or if this is on Oracle roadmap?
