Add Button is missing in Address section under Contact Info Screen

Summary:

We have tried to enable Add Button to add address under Address section in the Contact Info screen, we are able to enable edit button but unable to enable Add Button. We have tried to enable through Page Composer and it has only enabled the Add button but the button doesn't perform any action. May I know the feasible solution for our requirement.
