Unable To See Data For PER_PUB_PERS_SECURED_LIST_V in Report

Summary:

We have created a custom BI Publisher report that generates personal information of employees as output. We are using secured list views as part of the report code to inherit the application security on the report as well. But, we are facing an issue when we report on some of the person information like their Date of Birth is not getting displayed in the report output even when it is present in the application UI.
