How to use Offering Flexfields Token in Learn Custom Alert

Hi Community!!

I tried several times to recall the Offering Flexfields into the Learn Custom Alert (WLF - 00003) with the related token as written into the Oracle guide:


Unfortunately i never succeeded.


I tried to use:


  • ${OfferingFlexfieldAPIName}
  • ${OfferingFlexfieldName}
  • ${OfferingFlexfieldCode}

I always receive the "null" value.


Here the Offering Flexfield configuration:
