Summary:

Hi Experts,

As per the requirement We set the resignation approval to auto reject based on some condition. Do we have any option to put some static message like "Please dont select action type as Termination" while rejecting the approval by workflow so that the user who raised the transaction can know some info why that transaction has been rejected.

I checked in Approval rules in BPM, But didn't found any option to put the message.
