Created Time Card not visible in Team Time Card

Summary:

We have created the time card for the Employee but when we are searching for the Time card in team time card the time card created is not appearing but the hours are getting proccessed in the report and when we are trying to create the new time card on same date for that employee then it's showing Time card already exist for that employee.
