Is it possible to change the Plan Period Start Date for existing enrollments?

Summary:

We have an absence plan that had a Plan Period Start Date of 6/20 when it was created but we would like to swap this to 6/19 for this year and all future years. I have made this change on the plan but I don't see a way to push this change to the existing enrollments for employees besides deleting all enrollments and re-enrolling them. I have tried running Update Accrual Plan enrollments but it doesn't seem to change this value.
