Which privilege is required to access Load Interface File for Import scheduled process?

I have given a privilege 'FND_MANAGE_SCHEDULED_PROCESSES_PRIV' to a user. Now he can see Scheduled Process tab. Further to import requisitions in bulk, I have given these 2 privileges: 'POR_IMPORT_REQUISITION_PRIV' and 'POR_IMPORT_APPROVED_REQUISITION_PRIV'. I can search and run import requisitions process. However, I am unable to search 'Load Interface File for Import' process in the search box. Which additional privilege is required to access this scheduled process.
