Recommended Career Based on Profile Data is not accurate.

Summary:

Under Explore Careers the new "Recommended Careers Based on Profile Data" recommendation strength is not accurate. I have was recommended for a position with a 2.8 strength. I literally copy and pasted the entire job description into my resume and added all the skills in the job description in my skills. However, I am still a 2.8 strength. Side note I have been in said role for 8 years too.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what is the solve?
