Restrict Search or View of Supplier

Summary:

We have a scenario where users from Country A and Country B will be using the same Oracle. Now the issue is that user of Country A is able to search and view the suppliers of Country B and user of Country B is able to search and view the suppliers of Country A. The client wants to restrict that users of both the countries should not be able to search or view the suppliers of each other. Is there any way to restrict it?
