Movement Request Approval

Summary: Movement request approval is auto approval but it was stuck in pending approval status for some transactions. And when we are checked in transaction console some movement requests it is showing approved and some movement request status is showing in progress. In progress status movement requests we tried to terminate the process but still it is showing pending approval status.
