Summary:

Creating a all module reporting role, and added all the transactional duty roles specified to HR help desk. Additionally, have added DSPs to view all Service type database resources. Yet, no data is returning, and only when adding transactional Help Desk security roles, does the data return. Is there a mapping or specific DSP that needs to be added to provide data to return?
