Summary: Hierarchy determination formula 's output has a single manager

Content (required):We have a requirement where employees HR representatives are required to allocate allowance amounts via worksheet. The Hierarchy determination formula currently pulls only one AOR as the output. There are certain departments which are huge and need multiple AOR's to update the employee's data. Is it possible?
