Are there any Tables that captures BOM Changes

Summary:

There is a requirement to identify changes on the BOM like add/Delete components or change in Quantity.

We have not seen any Audit Trail as well for BOM changes. We are also not following revision for BOM changes . In this case is there any tables or any other way to capture the BOM Changes
