User not able to view company code while creating a requisition

Content (required):

We have 3 BU's(02,12 and 13)

and assigned Advanced Procurement Role and BU data access to the user. But user is able to see only 1 BU (02) and not others while entering the charge account on the requisition.

Could someone help with this issue or what im missing?
