When we reassign an account to different collector - tasks do not move

We are implementing advanced collection and noticing that when we reassign an account - to a different collector , strategy tasks do NOT MOVE to the new collector - they keep showing the old collector's name in assigned to field.

When we reached out to Oracle they suggested a very manual, costly and unwieldy way of having to change strategy one by one on each account to reflect the new collector.

Surely there's a better way - right ?
