An unusual sentence appears in the absence approval message

Hi，
The absence approval mail appears with a “The task has attachments which are not included in this email. Login to the Worklist Application to take further actions on the task” message. And this problem is a situation encountered by the customer in the production environment, but we did not encounter it in the test environment. I wonder why this is the case? And how to solve it？
