Not able to Hide Prompt when a Ruleset consists of two business rules from different cubes

Summary: Though all the "Hide Prompt" properties are ticked still the user gets the prompt when executing from the actions menu

Content (required): We have a requirement to run to two rules (one from WFP cube, another from FS cube) on a form which is created in WFP cube. So we created a ruleset which had two rules(from WFP,FS cube) and the rules had same Rtp named RTP_Entity but "Merge Variables" don't work in a ruleset if it has business rules from different cubes.

The Ruleset is attached on the actions menu. The Issue is to Hide the Prompt while executing the ruleset from the actions menu. The "is Hidden" property is already ticked on the individual rules as well as on the ruleset. Also the "Hide Prompt" property is ticked on the actions menu but still the user gets a user prompt while executing the ruleset from the actions menu.
