Data Management export to file not working for January data for some accounts

Summary: We have a Data Management integration to export data from Planning that we are testing that is giving us a total of BegBalance and January data for some Balance Sheet accounts when attempting to extract Periodic January.


Content (required): We are attempting to extract data from Planning to a file using Data Management. Balance Sheet accounts are being included in this extract and for January only, some accounts are extracting what appears to be a total of BegBalance and January data instead of just January data.

All other months are working find so I attempted to add BegBalance into the extraction and it did not fix it. Is there a way around this?
