Summary:

When creating a purchase agreement either from catalogue or BPA, it fails to complete and the following error is displayed: Agreement #B1503 couldn't be submitted because it didn't pass 1 or more validation checks (PO-2055692).

Can you help me with this question, as I can't find anything in MOS about this error.

The message reads as follows: You must provide a value for the UOM attribute.
