Move candidate from Withdrawn to Processed after manual load to Person Management

Summary:

We have been experiencing a lot of issues with the Move to HR and had to manually load several ex-employees into Person Management, as we were instructed to through an SR. This leaves the candidate on the requisition in "Processing in Progress" or sometimes even "Offer, Withdrawn" because we needed to merge them, but couldn't proceed as normal after the merge.

I requested help via an SR with this question, but was told to post the question here and they closed the SR.

Is there any way to change the status of the candidate on the requisition so it will show they were hired? I'm not as worried about the ones that are in "Processing in Progress" as the number of hires (1:1) is correct. But when we fill the reqs where the candidate is in "Offer, Withdrawn" then the req is filled with "0 hires"
