SR to enable SSO for oracle cloud WMS
Summary: At present there is no password reset option for WMS users on WMS cloud login screen. We can however redirect login to IDCS and password reset option can be provided.
As per documentation. Customers can request their environments to be configured to use SSO and/or Oauth2 by raising a Service Request (SR). Oracle will provide a template via the SR for customers to fill out certain technical pieces of information which will be used by our Cloud operations team to configure the customers environment.
How can this SR be raised as there doesnt seem to be any category that would fit and setting it as Question advises to post query in this forum.
