Is it possible for ERP to be displayed within an iFrame in another application?

We are currently implementing Oracle ERP and one aspect that's being considered to help usability is to embed some screens of ERP into another application via an iFrame (e.g. Manage Project Costs). We've tested this but by default it's not possible and is blocked by the browser due to the SameSite attribute returned by ERP preventing it. It seems it would require a change to ERP config to achieve it. Has anyone ever achieved this and if so, what was the process to get this behavior changed?
