Customizing of Standard HCM Extract - Periodic Payroll Register Report

We are trying to customize the standard extract i.e. Periodic Payroll Register Report to add an Extra Input Department Parameter.

We are trying to customize the standard extract i.e. Periodic Payroll Register Report to add an Extra Input Department Parameter. After cloning without making any changes, when we try to run the Cloned version We are facing issues like the data is correctly not populated and the data does not even fetch when we submit it for second time.

we tried checking the refine Extracts and all the Values are similar to the Standard HCM Extracts options. Still even an direct clone without any changes is not working. Also there were several Tags in XML output which we could not find it in any record groups inside the Extract.
