Is there any more info on the 23C change to rolling backward plans with multiple assignments?

Content (required):

The 23C release notes describe a change to rolling backward qualification plans and multiple assignments, saying they are now supported. But we've been using rolling backward plans for occupational sickness with multiple assignments for years...

Is there a problem we're not aware of? If anything is changing at all with this, we need to know the details as this could impact existing users.

Oracle - could you give us any more info on this change please?
