Need list of Item EFF attributes used in existing OTBI reports

Summary:

We need to identify the Item EFF attributes not being used in any of the OTBI report defined in the instance and disable the BI enabled flag for them.

Since we have many OTBI reports, it would be manually very time consuming to identify the attributes not being used, so we need the list of Item EFF"s not used in any OTBI report

We need to disable the "Enable BI" flag to reduce the RPD size issue.
