Data Loads now appearing in Jobs

I noticed today that when I ran a data load batch, the data load was showing up in the Jobs recent activity list. This never happened before. Is this a new feature, or a setting? Also, it is showing one of the loads BEFORE the clear rule. Even though the rule is set to run first. Is that an issue?
