How to run a report to determine access

Summary:

Hello, I'm trying to run a report to determine users with current write access to a specific scenario, I'm unable to find this. I have recently migrated to Cloud from On-Prem where I was able to run a report from Shared Services.

Any thoughts no how to do this in EPMC? Many thanks
