How to have View Only Access for Classroom and Instructor?

Dear Team,

We have a requirement to make Instructors and Classrooms as a view only for a custom Learning Specialist Role. We have tried to have View access (not transaction or create access) the same using existing Duty Roles and Privileges, but however we are unable to restrict the same.

Please share if you have any inputs on how to achieve this/create such a role or if you have encountered a similar issue.

Since there is no restriction on data visibility, we are fine if they can see all instructors and classrooms but we do not want them to give the ability to create (or transaction access) an instructor or classroom.
