What is the navigation in Fusion to view/edit the 'Payslip Availability Date'?

How do we view or edit the payslip availability date?

We have an issue with our payslips not being visible in Pay - My Payslips. I've read that payslips become available here once the 'payslip availability date' has passed, however I haven't been able to find the steps/navigation to check this.
I've also seen reference to a 'payslip view date' - is that the same thing?
Worth mentioning also that we don't use Oracle Payroll, we use other HCM modules and import our payslips from another payroll system through HCM Data Loader. So I'm unsure if payslip availability date is still used and relevant in this scenario - any information on this would be appreciated.
