Connections Search not working

Connections Search is not working with any of the filters.

Content (required):

I have enabled the connections with all the necessary steps mentioned in the document, but when I search "No results found" message is showing.

Also, couldn't search by person number as the profile itself is not available.

Note: Raised an Oracle SR and it was not answered by them and redirected to customer connect.
