AoR Templates - Assign by Criteria

Hi team,

We have doubts about AoR.

We want to involve some people in Journey´s task but we don´t want to use "AoR" in their Employment pages because the number of person would be high. Insetead of to assign AoR, person by person, we want to know if is possible to use other actions based in roles.

We want to know if we can use AoR Templates (Assign by Criteria) and create a specific role.

Please, can you help us?
