Has anyone Switched from Job Based to Position based organization
Summary
Has anyone Switched from Job Based to Position based organizationContent
Initially we went with Job Based enterprise implementation and now since we have been using the system for over the years, we have faced multiple issues/requirements which could have been avoided with Position based implementation.
So now we want to switch to P 2 P Implementation and Position Hierarchy approach.
Can someone help if there is any Documentation or areas that will be affected and we need take care for this implementation.
