Approval While Inspecting Work Order Operation?

Summary:

Can we implement electronic signature while inspecting Work Order Operation inline?

Q1) As of now we can set inline inspection at the WO operation level and user can reject or scrap or complete the WO operation depending upon the inspection result. We want to have some sort of approval depending on Reject or Scrap. So can we achieve that?

Q2) We want when we inspect inline work order operation, we need an approval process after inline inspection. Like Example:

1. Create and Release WO.

2. Execute the Work Order. Move from Op10 to Op20. Inline Inspection is enabled.
