Create an Auto Approval Rule for Transfer or Termination in BPM

Summary:

We have initially created our approval rules in Transaction Console but were receiving errors/failures when our business users attempted to fulfill these types of transactions. Ideally, we would like to have Line Managers go to approval, Non-Line Manager to be auto approved, and Contingent Worker Manager go to auto approved. I have provided the original rule set (Transaction Console) in the Code Snippet section. We would like to complete this work in BPM Advanced Mode for TransfersApproval and TerminationsApproval. We would like to follow similar logic as to what we were trying before, foremost we would like requestor's who are not line managers able to have their requests auto approved. I have attached screenshots of current work in BPM.
