Entities appear twice when moved under new parent and old parent

Summary:

Entities are appearing twice when moved to a new parent... updated metadata file is created in EDM and then loaded into FCC - it looks like its merging instead of replacing.

Only appearing once in EDM under its new parent...

What is the default load method in FCC when metadata is imported - ie merge or replace?

Note there is no issue with dimension renames or new members, this issue relates to 'moved' members only.

Has anyone encounter this issue, and if so what was the solution/fix?
