Calculate Seniority Dates Process Not Working with Fast Formula

Summary:

Looking for some guidance on running the calculate seniority dates process when using a fast formula

Content (required):

We are currently using the V3 Seniority Dates and we have configured a seniority date rule to calculate adjusted service date using a fast formula. It seems that the calculate seniority dates process is not calculating the date correctly on the first run of the seniority date. If I go to the Seniority Dates page for an employee and recalculate the seniority date again it seems to account for the fast formula and provide the correct date.

Has anyone had this happen when using fast formulas with seniority dates as well and what is the best practice for handling this for the initial calculation of the seniority dates as well as the maintenance of the scheduled process for calculating seniority dates regularly?

Howdy, Stranger!
