Is Covid document of records stored anywhere else after deleting Covid document of records for Emp?

Summary:

Hi Team,

Can you please help us to delete Covid document of records if it is getting stored anywhere else except document of records.

We performed a HDL load to delete Covid documents. We need to ensure that the Covid documents are not getting stored anywhere else.

I need confirmation if the records are backed up and sitting anywhere else, which also need to be deleted. 

Please advise.
