Assessment Instance showing all responses in Show Results?

Post-23B install, the user now gets ALL their responses - right or wrong - when clicking the "Show Results" Link.
Content (required):
We have been building assessments/instances in Learn since 2017. We always select YES for the "Show Results", "Show Details", "Show incorrect responses only", and "Show user responses only" in the instance properties. However, when doing so post-23B install, the user now gets ALL their responses - right or wrong - when clicking the "Show Results Link". [Instance properties shown in attachment.]
Is anyone else experiencing this? And is there a fix or workaround?
