Get items from Product Information Management

Summary: Need to get item information from Product Information Management via REST API.

Content (required): I am trying to query items from Product Information Management via REST API.  The only API I can find with items in it is related to the Product Lifecycle Management under SCM. Is that the correct API?

This is the resource path I am using: /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/itemsV2

Getting error getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND in Postman which means that the URL cannot be resolved.  

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
