Having frequent issues with Global Access Groups in Redwood Learner UX

in Learning 16 comments

Summary:

Hello Experts,

We have recently enabled new Learner Redwood UI in our non-Prod instances. We have noticed issues with Global Access Groups - the members of the Global Access Group are not able to search the courses in the learning catalog where course default access is set as 'No Access'.

Are others experiencing the same issue with Global Access Groups?

Steps followed:

Step 1: 'Manage Default Access' on a course is set to 'No Access' as 'View Mode'.

Step 2: A Global Access Group is created, with few persons added manually as group members.

Step 3: Global Access Group is attached to the course : My Client Groups -> Learning -> Courses -> Learners -> Access Groups

Howdy, Stranger!
