Implementing Absence for Australia and New Zealand
We are looking into implement Absence Management for Australia and New Zealand in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Does Oracle provides the legislative needs around accruals for each Australian state(Long Service Leave accrual and entitlement, Annual Leave etc) same as what they provide in Oracle ebs.
Also, if it provides legislative needs for leave accrual and balances for New Zealand(And the calculation for annual leave averaging rate).
Has any customer implemented this in AU or NZ?
If they do not provide any legislative solution how difficult it would be to implement (considering the complex rules stated by ATO for each state around accrual and entitlement).
