Summary:

Do you know how to create journal "Sales Allowance" by creating credit memo in PPM.

We want to create credit memo about a portion of a bill and create jounal entry  "Sales Allowance".

I tried to create credit memo based on help center.(https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/project-management/23b/oapjb/invoice-credit-actions.html#s20028190)

As far as I see, we can only Cancel Invoice for all amount of bill.

1)Do you know how to create for a portion of a bill.

2)And, can we create journal entry "Sales Allowance" ?
