Time cards withdrawn by automated processes
Is anyone able to shed some light on what these two processes are and how they function?
“fusion_apps_hcm_soa_appid” & “Web Services Application Identity for HCM”
We’ve recently had some time-cards come through to Payroll for payment with the status of Approved, however the transactions status shows they were Withdrawn by these automated processes rather than being approved.
We’d like to identify if the managers actually did approve these or if these processes have changed their status instead.
