Logging transaction details in VBCS

Hi Experts

Is there any inbuilt capability in VBCS to log the details like example if a user uses VBCS to raise a request by filling up form and click on submit button then we need those information / details to be logged somewhere in VBCS and later use the logged information by support team to analyze the issue.

is there any such inbuilt capability in VBCS ?
