Inspection Value Does not Match with Characteristic Specification but Still Inspection Should pass.

Hi Team - We have a requirement, like the length of the finished Good should be between 200CM (minimum) to 300CM(Maximum). But when we manufactured the product sometimes the length comes as 301/302CM or 199/198CM. Although it is out of spec and NC should be created but we don't want quality management to fail the inspection. Because even though the length is 1/2CM more or less but it will not harm customer. So we want to have a NC so that we can either rectify our process or update or Spec later but for the time being we need to
